Naq Partners with Hiscox Benelux for 360 Cyber Protection & Compliance
Naq Partners with Hiscox Benelux
Naq, a leading cyber security and data compliance management solution, has announced a new partnership with Hiscox Benelux. This new partnership will provide Hiscox's cyber insurance customers with 360-degree protection against cybercriminals and data compliance monitoring and support, reducing the risk of cyberattacks for small and medium-sized businesses across Europe. This announcement comes when cybercrime is on the rise, with ransomware attacks doubling across Europe in 2021, according to the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA).
Naq CEO Nadia Kadhim said, "We are excited to be working with Hiscox Benelux to help protect their SME clients. Companies can rest easy knowing that they are protected from all angles by providing a complete solution that includes cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, incident response services, and training."
Through this partnership with Hiscox Benelux, Naq's automated cyber security and data compliance platform will be made further available to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). Despite making up the majority of businesses across Europe, SMEs are often left behind when it comes to affordable and robust security and compliance solutions. "In addition to achieving compliance and securing their data, businesses must also train their employees on data privacy and avoiding cyber risks", states Yasin Chalabi, Data & Cyber Risk Insurance Manager at Hiscox Benelux.
Yasin added, "Naq provides businesses with insight into cyber threats, helps them comply with GDPR and trains their employees to recognise potential cyber risks through continuous training. We're partnering with Naq to offer this solution to our clients."
Kadhim added, "We started Naq with the mission to provide SMEs with the same level of protection as large businesses, without the prohibitive cost or complexity. This partnership is an important step forward in our mission to ensure that all businesses, especially SMEs, are protected from the ever-growing threat of cybercrime and data breaches."
